Returns
We accept returns on all unused and unopened kitchenware products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at OptimaeRetail@tiffanyonlines.com or call 2543243946 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. If your item is damaged or defective when it arrives, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product for our records. Exchanges

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
