Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for all unused and unopened kitchen products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at OptimaeRetail@tiffanyonlines.com or call us at 254-273-9054 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product for our records. Exchanges
